Scott began his professional career in 2010 with Acura and Honda, earning his master technician status with the brand. Over the years, Scott transitioned to a role behind the desk as a service writer during the day while working on cars at night. With the ultimate goal of owning his own shop, Scott was determined to learn all facets of the automotive industry. This dedication earned him a place in management with Mercedes Benz and later became Service Director for an emerging dealership. Scott did this all while juggling the demands of his home life with his wife and his daughter Raegan.

Curious about engines, Ryan found himself tinkering with dirt bikes, lawn mowers, and anything he could get his hands on since he was 7 years old. He began working on semis, trailers, and tow trucks during his high school years, leading him to pursue a degree in Automotive Technology. Ryan specialized in Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Mercedes

He was later hand-picked for advanced training in the Elite Mercedes Benz Training Program, allowing him to become a top performing Sprinter Van Foreman and a dedicated employee to the Mercedes dealership for over 15 years. Despite his impressive work in the shop, being a dedicated husband to Adrienne and father to Sully, are his greatest accomplishments of all.
