Scott began his professional career in 2010 with Acura and Honda, earning his master technician status with the brand. Over the years, Scott transitioned to a role behind the desk as a service writer during the day while working on cars at night. With the ultimate goal of owning his own shop, Scott was determined to learn all facets of the automotive industry. This dedication earned him a place in management with Mercedes Benz and later became Service Director for an emerging dealership. Scott did this all while juggling the demands of his home life with his wife and his three kids.
